It is soft and elegant on the palate with a slim body and balanced acidity, characterized by notes of green apple, pear and citrus fruits with sage and spices in the finish. Bright color, straw yellow, fine and persistent perlage. Typical and refined fruity and floral notes are perceived on the nose. The palate is smooth, harmonious, and elegant, with an elegant body and balanced acidity, yet lively.
