RiteSelect Vendor Policy

1. Introduction & Acceptance

This Vendor Policy ("Policy") is a part of the RiteSelect Terms and Conditions and applies specifically to all third-party sellers ("Vendors," "you," "your") using the RiteSelect.com platform ("the Site"). By applying for or using a Vendor account on RiteSelect, you agree to comply with all terms outlined in this Policy, our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Prohibited Products Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Vendor Eligibility

To become a Vendor, you must:

· Be at least 18 years of age.
· Have the legal right to sell the products you list.
· Provide accurate and complete business information during registration, including your legal name, address, and valid tax identification number.
· Use the Site in accordance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions you ship to.
· Maintain and secure the confidentiality of your account login information.

3. Vendor Application & Account Setup

· Application: Submission of a Vendor application does not guarantee approval. RiteSelect reserves the right to refuse any application at its sole discretion.
· Account Verification: You agree to provide any additional business documentation (e.g., business license, resale certificate) upon our request for verification purposes.
· Account Types: You may register as an individual or a business entity. The information you provide must accurately reflect your business status.

4. Product Listings & Catalog Management

· Accurate Descriptions: All product listings must be accurate, truthful, and complete. This includes, but is not limited to: correct titles, images, descriptions, dimensions, features, and material composition.
· High-Quality Images: You must use clear, high-resolution images that accurately represent the product for sale. Images must not be misleading or contain external watermarks, logos, or text not related to the product.
· Categorization: Products must be listed in the most relevant category. Mis-categorization to gain better visibility is prohibited.
· Prohibited Products: You agree not to list any products that violate our Prohibited Products Policy. This includes illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, or infringing items.
· Digital Products: Vendors selling digital products are responsible for ensuring secure delivery (e.g., via download link, license key) immediately after purchase. You must honor the usage rights granted to the customer.

5. Pricing, Fees, and Payments

· Pricing: You are solely responsible for setting your product prices. All prices must be listed in the currency supported by the platform and must include any applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax unless otherwise stated.
· Fees: By selling on RiteSelect, you agree to pay all applicable fees. These may include, but are not limited to:
  · Commission Fee: A percentage of the total sale price (including shipping).
  · Transaction Fee: A fixed fee per transaction.
  · Payment Processing Fee: A fee charged by our third-party payment processors. (Specific fee structure will be detailed in a separate fee schedule provided upon account approval).
· Payments: Payouts for completed orders (minus fees) will be processed on a regular schedule (e.g., bi-weekly or monthly) to your designated bank account. A minimum balance may be required for payout.

6. Order Fulfillment, Shipping, and Returns

· Order Processing: You are required to process and ship orders promptly within the handling time specified in your store settings.
· Shipping: You are responsible for packaging products securely to prevent damage during transit, selecting a reliable shipping carrier, and providing customers with valid tracking information.
· Customer Service: You are the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, product questions, and post-purchase support. You must respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
· Returns & Refunds: You are required to clearly post your own return and refund policy for your store, which must comply with all applicable consumer protection laws. RiteSelect may intervene in disputes to facilitate a resolution in accordance with our overall Terms and Conditions.

7. Intellectual Property & Compliance

· Your Warranty: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to all content and products you list and that they do not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights.
· IP Infringement: Listing counterfeit or infringing products is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
· Tax Compliance: You are solely responsible for collecting, reporting, and remitting any and all taxes applicable to your sales, including sales tax, VAT, and income tax. RiteSelect may be required to provide tax information to government authorities.

8. Vendor Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Vendors must not:

· Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
· Attempt to circumvent RiteSelect's sales process or fees (e.g., by including contact information in listings to facilitate direct sales).
· Manipulate the rating and review system through fake orders or reviews.
· Use customer data obtained through the Site for any purpose other than fulfilling RiteSelect orders (e.g., no marketing or spam).
· Engage in any activity that damages the reputation or integrity of the RiteSelect platform.

9. Termination

· By Vendor: You may close your account at any time by following the process in your account settings, pending the resolution of any open orders or disputes.
· By RiteSelect: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Site immediately, without notice, for any breach of this Policy or our Terms and Conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

RiteSelect acts as a platform provider. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your interactions with customers, including but not limited to: product liability, shipping errors, or customer disputes.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may amend this Policy at any time by posting the revised version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the amended Policy.
