At Rite Select, we offer an Affiliate Program that allows individuals and businesses to earn commissions by promoting our platform and driving sales. This Affiliate Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing participation in our affiliate program.

By joining the Rite Select Affiliate Program, affiliates agree to comply with this policy.

1. What is the Rite Select Affiliate Program?

The Affiliate Program is a partnership opportunity where affiliates earn commissions by referring customers to Rite Selection using a unique affiliate link. When someone makes a qualifying purchase through the affiliate’s link, the affiliate receives a percentage-based commission.

2. How Does the Affiliate Program Work?

1️⃣ Sign Up: Apply for the affiliate program by filling out the registration form.
2️⃣ Get Approved: After review, approved affiliates will receive a unique tracking link.
3️⃣ Promote Rite Select: Share your affiliate link through websites, blogs, social media, emails, and other channels.
4️⃣ Earn Commissions: When someone clicks your link and makes a qualifying purchase, you earn a commission.
5️⃣ Receive Payments: Commissions are paid according to the payout schedule.

3. Affiliate Eligibility & Requirements

✔ Must be at least 18 years old to participate.
✔ Must have an active website, blog, social media presence, or marketing channel.
✔ Must not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or spammy promotions.
✔ Must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
✔ Rite Select reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its discretion.

4. Commission Structure & Payouts

4.1 Commission Rates

✔ Affiliates earn a 10% commission on every successful sale made through their affiliate link.
✔ Special promotional rates may apply during seasonal events or high-traffic campaigns.

4.2 Qualifying Sales

✔ A sale qualifies for commission only if the customer completes the purchase through the affiliate’s unique link.
✔ Canceled, refunded, or fraudulent orders do not qualify for commissions.
✔ Rite Select may deduct commissions for returned or disputed purchases.

4.3 Payout Schedule

✔ Commissions are paid [monthly/bi-weekly] via PayPal & Bank Account.
✔ Minimum payout threshold: $20.00 usd.
✔ Affiliates must provide valid payment details to receive earnings.

5. Affiliate Link & Tracking

✔ Affiliates will receive a unique tracking link upon approval.
✔ Sales are tracked using cookies, which remain active for [X] days after the first click.
✔ If a customer clicks multiple affiliate links, the last-clicked link receives credit for the sale.

Important: If a user clears cookies or uses a different device, the affiliate may not receive commission for that sale.

6. Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates are encouraged to promote Rite Select through various channels, including:

✔ Blogs and personal websites.
✔ Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
✔ Email marketing (must comply with anti-spam laws).
✔ Video content and reviews.

Prohibited Promotion Methods:

❌ Spamming (email, social media, forums, or unsolicited messages).
❌ Using misleading claims or false advertising.
❌ Bidding on paid search ads using “Rite Select” brand keywords.
❌ Posting fake reviews or impersonating Rite Select.
❌ Any promotion that violates legal, ethical, or community standards.

7. Restrictions & Policy Violations

Affiliates who violate this policy may face:

✔ Commission forfeiture for fraudulent or misleading activities.
✔ Account suspension or termination from the affiliate program.
✔ Legal action in case of severe violations or fraud.

 Rite Select reserves the right to monitor affiliate activity and enforce necessary actions if violations are detected.

8. Modifications & Termination

✔ Rite Select reserves the right to modify commission rates, payout terms, and program policies at any time.
✔ Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or platform announcements.
✔ Either party may terminate participation in the program at any time.
