Reward Points Policy

At Rite Select, we value our customers and vendors, which is why we have introduced the Reward Points Program. This program allows users to earn points through purchases, engagement, and various activities on the platform. These points can be redeemed for discounts, cashback, or other exclusive rewards.
This policy outlines how reward points are earned, used, and managed within the Rite Select platform.
1. Eligibility for Reward Points
✔ All registered customers on Rite Select are automatically enrolled in the Reward Points Program.
✔ Vendors and sellers can also earn points for meeting sales milestones, engagement, and promotional activities.
✔ Users must maintain an active account to earn and redeem points.
✔ Reward points cannot be transferred between accounts.
2. How to Earn Reward Points
Users can earn reward points in the following ways:

3. Reward Point Value & Redemption
3.1 Redemption Value
- Every X points = $1 off on purchases (Exact value to be determined).
- Minimum redemption threshold: Users must accumulate at least 10 points before redemption.
3.2 How to Redeem Points
✔ At checkout, users can apply their available points to receive discounts on purchases.
✔ Points can be redeemed for discount coupons, gift cards, or cash rebates.
✔ Certain products may be available for purchase using points only.
✔ Vendors can convert points into fee discounts or promotional credits on Rite Select.
3.3 Non-Redeemable Items & Restrictions
- Reward points cannot be used to pay for shipping fees or taxes.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash unless stated otherwise in special promotions.
- Some items or promotional sales may not qualify for point redemption.
4. Expiry & Validity of Reward Points
- Reward points expire after [X] months if not used.
- Expired points cannot be restored or transferred.
- If an account is inactive for [X] months, earned points may be forfeited.
5. Refunds & Adjustments on Reward Points
5.1 When a Customer Returns a Product
- If an order is returned, the reward points earned from that purchase will be deducted from the user’s account.
- If points were used for a purchase, they will be reinstated only if the return qualifies for a full refund.
5.2 Order Cancellations
- If an order is canceled before shipping, points earned will be removed from the account.
- If points were used, they will be refunded based on the cancellation policy.
5.3 Fraudulent or Misuse of Points
- Rite Select reserves the right to invalidate or deduct points if fraudulent activity is detected.
- Engaging in fake referrals, duplicate accounts, or excessive returns to manipulate the system may result in account suspension.
6. Special Promotions & Bonus Rewards
- Seasonal Events: Users can earn bonus points during special sales and events.
- Double Points Days: Limited-time promotions where users can earn double the points on purchases.
- Exclusive VIP Tiers: High-spending customers may receive bonus multipliers on their points.
7. Changes to the Reward Points Policy
Rite Select reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Reward Points Program at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted on our website.
