By using a coupon on Rite Select, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. What Are Coupons?

Coupons are discount codes or promotional offers that provide buyers with a discount on their purchases. Coupons may be issued by Rite Select or individual vendors.

✔ Types of Coupons:

• Sitewide Coupons – Issued by Rite Select and applicable across multiple stores.

• Vendor Coupons – Issued by specific vendors for their products only.

• Category-Specific Coupons – Discounts applicable only on certain product categories.

• First-Time Buyer Coupons – Special offers for new customers.

• Seasonal & Promotional Coupons – Limited-time discounts during holidays, sales, or special events.

2. How to Use a Coupon

1️⃣ Add eligible items to your shopping cart.
2️⃣ Proceed to checkout and locate the "Apply Coupon" section.
3️⃣ Enter the coupon code and click Apply.
4️⃣ The discount will be deducted from the total amount if the coupon is valid.
5️⃣ Complete the checkout process and enjoy your savings!

3. Coupon Eligibility

✔ Coupons may be available to all users or only specific customer groups (e.g., new buyers, loyalty members).
✔ Some coupons may require a minimum purchase amount before they can be used.
✔ Certain coupons may be valid only for specific products, vendors, or categories.
✔ Coupons must be used before the expiration date mentioned in the promotion details.

4. Coupon Restrictions & Exclusions

 Coupons cannot be applied to:

❌ Gift cards, digital products, or downloadable items.
❌ Taxes, shipping fees, or additional service charges.
❌ Orders that do not meet the minimum purchase requirement (if applicable).
❌ Items already discounted or on sale, unless explicitly stated.
❌ Orders placed before the coupon was issued.

One-Time Use & Limitations

✔ Most coupons are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise.
✔ Some coupons may be limited to one per transaction.
✔ Coupons cannot be combined with other discount codes unless explicitly mentioned.

5. Coupon Expiration & Validity

✔ Each coupon has a validity period, which will be clearly mentioned in the promotion.
✔ Once expired, a coupon cannot be reactivated or extended.
✔ Coupons issued for limited-time promotions or flash sales will automatically expire at the end of the event.

6. Refunds & Returns on Coupon-Discounted Orders

✔ If an order is returned, the refund will be processed based on the actual amount paid (excluding the coupon discount).
✔ If a partial return is made, the coupon discount will be proportionally adjusted.
✔ If an item purchased with a coupon is out of stock, a refund will be issued based on the price paid after the discount.

7. Vendor-Issued Coupons

✔ Vendors may issue their own coupons for use on their products only.
✔ Vendors must clearly mention the terms, expiration date, and restrictions of their coupons.
✔ Rite Select is not responsible for vendor-issued coupons, and disputes must be resolved between the buyer and vendor.

8. Abuse & Misuse of Coupons

Prohibited Activities:

• Using multiple accounts to claim one-time-use coupons multiple times.

• Reselling, transferring, or sharing personal-use coupons.

• Attempting to apply expired or invalid coupons.

• Exploiting system loopholes to use coupons incorrectly.

 If a user is found to be abusing coupons, Rite Select reserves the right to:

✔ Cancel the order using the fraudulent coupon.
✔ Suspend or ban the user’s account from further promotions.
✔ Revoke all unused coupons from the user’s account.

9. Rite Selection's Right to Modify or Cancel Coupons

Rite Selection reserves the right to:

✔ Modify, extend, or cancel any coupon promotion at any time without prior notice.
✔ Reject or invalidate a coupon if fraudulent activity is detected.
✔ Limit the number of times a coupon can be used per user or per order.
