1. Getting Started

Welcome to RiteSelect!

RiteSelect is a multivendor marketplace where you can shop from a wide variety of sellers offering both physical and digital products. To start shopping:

Step 1 – Create an Account

1. Visit RiteSelect.com.

2. Click Sign Up in the top-right corner.

3. Enter your name, email, and password (or sign up with Google/Facebook if available).

4. Verify your email.

Step 2 – Browse Products

Use the search bar to look for specific items.

Explore categories for trending or recommended products.

Check seller ratings and reviews before purchasing.

Step 3 – Place an Order

Click on a product you like.

Select size, color, or options if available.

Click Add to Cart → Checkout.

✅ Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

2. Payments & Billing

RiteSelect supports multiple secure payment methods:

Debit/Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

Mobile payments (where available)

PayPal (coming soon)

Billing Information

All payments are processed securely through encrypted gateways.

You will see a confirmation receipt in your account and via email.

Your card may show “RiteSelect” or “RiteSelect Marketplace” as the merchant.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days (depending on your bank).

Digital products may have special refund rules (see seller policy).

3. Orders & Shipping

Tracking Your Order

Go to My Orders in your account dashboard.

Click on the order → Track Shipment to view status.

Shipping Times

Shipping times depend on the seller and your location.

Standard delivery is usually 3–10 business days (varies by vendor).

Shipping Fees

Fees are set by each seller based on their delivery method.

You will see total shipping cost at checkout before confirming purchase.

4. Returns & Refunds

We want you to shop with confidence on RiteSelect.

Return Policy

Most physical products can be returned within 7–14 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags/manuals.

Refund Process

1. Go to My Orders → Select the product.

2. Click Request Return/Refund.

3. Choose a reason and upload photos if required.

4. Wait for seller approval and follow the return instructions.

Digital Products

Refunds for digital downloads, courses, or software are case-by-case.

If the file is defective, corrupted, or not as described, you can request support.

5. Buyer Safety & Security

Your safety is our priority.

Tips for Safe Shopping

Only communicate and pay through RiteSelect – never send money outside the platform.

Check seller ratings and reviews before making large purchases.

Keep your account secure with a strong password and two-factor authentication.

Reporting Issues

If a seller asks for payment outside the platform, report immediately.

If you receive counterfeit or harmful products, contact support with photos.
